Genene has been absolutely fantastic throughout! Her efficiency, professionalism and excellent communication have been second to none. She always kept me well informed, regularly liaising with solicitors and the vendors' estate agents to keep everything moving forward.
Genene was always approachable, happy to answer any questions and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

We had a very unusual buying experience and the team at Revilo not only reassured us but walked us through the process the entire time.
When we viewed the house originally it was Zach who showed us around. He was amazing, answered all of our questions and gave us space when we needed to talk amongst each other. I’ve just used Revilo for the sale of my property and the service they provide is amazing! I purchased from them back in 2020 and the experience was great then so decided to sell with them too.

The valuation with Dylan was very thorough and I felt comfortable asking questions. The strategy we used for the sale price was perfect too and worked well so we were not sat on the market for long (sold within 2 days!).

Genene was an absolute star from start to finish, liaising with the whole chain and keeping everything running smoothly for us. She was really professional yet caring and had our best interests at heart. I know she also spoke to our buyers very often to keep them updated.
