LET ONLY SERVICE (Tenant finder) – Equivalent to 1 months rent inc VAT (Subject to a minimum of £714 inc VAT)

FULL MANAGED SERVICE – £495+VAT Setup fee, then 11% of the rental income Per Calendar Month
