With youth and an entrepreneurial spirit on his side, Dylan is set to build the basis of his career with the team at Revilo.
Having completed his GCSE’s at ST Cuthbert’s R.C High School, Dylan came to us via Rochdale training on an apprentice scheme in 2019. Unsure of the next steps on from full time education, one thing he was sure on, was that he wanted to own and run his own business someday and as such was keen to get his foot in the door of a local growing business. As a hands on individual, learning in practice suited him more than learning in a classroom and hopes to setup and start his own business one day.
As the Lettings Manager for Revilo Homes, Dylan will deal with the day-to-day maintenance and managing of tenancies, assisting new Landlords with bringing their investment properties / portfolios to the market, and assisting new tenants with finding their next home. You will most likely come across Dylan on our Facebook page and TikTok account, where our following is continuously growing.
In his spare time, Dylan enjoys Fishing and travelling to new places in his new car…but can also appreciate a pint in a Rochdale beer garden (any will do!).
